  1. 01

    Tell us what needs attention

Share the address, occupancy, requested work, timing, and the 12-month inspection-eligibility answer. Do not send photos with the initial request. If C&G asks for them later, follow the separate sharing instructions provided.

  2. 02

    We review eligibility

We confirm whether the property had a C&G inspection in the previous 12 months and whether the work fits current services and licensing.

  3. 03

    Clarify the scope

We review the property, project scope, permits, materials, access, and schedule before confirming the next step.

  4. 04

    Site visit if needed

A visit may be needed before a written estimate. A visit is not acceptance of the work.

  5. 05

    Written estimate

Review scope, exclusions, allowances, assumptions, payment terms, permit responsibility, and schedule conditions.

  6. 06

    Authorization and scheduling

Work is scheduled only after required documents and approvals are complete.

How identity and scope are disclosed

Inspection and contracting stay separate.

Home inspection and construction are separate services. C&G Contracting Services does not offer or perform repairs on a property for which C&G prepared a home inspection report during the previous 12 months. If you are unsure whether this applies, contact C&G before submitting a project request.
