Eligible work based on a third-party inspection report

A report prepared by an independent inspector may help describe a requested project. C&G still performs its own scope review and does not adopt the inspector's conclusions, guarantee that every related condition is visible, or treat the report as construction drawings. Remove confidential client information or confirm that you are authorized to share it.

Inspection and contracting stay separate.

Home inspection and construction are separate services. C&G Contracting Services does not offer or perform repairs on a property for which C&G prepared a home inspection report during the previous 12 months. If you are unsure whether this applies, contact C&G before submitting a project request.
